I have a 2011 Honda Pilot which has mostly been serviced by this Baytown Dealer. I bought the Pilot from Baytown and has been my Dealer/mechanic when needed. It took 12 weeks to get a refund from them for a cancelled Tire and Wheel Warranty Contract. I don't blame the person who helped me file the refund request as much as I blame the whole dealership/c cancelled Tire and Wheel Warranty Contract. There is no way something like this should ever take more than 30-45 days. I played phone tag trying to get status, talked to multiple people in the company before finally getting my refund. I was happy with the car I bought from them but I would never do business with them again based on this fiasco by the finance and accounting department. More

I am so very impressed with the exceptional customer service I received at Community Honda. As everyone knows new cars are in short supply, but they still act like they have 1000 on the lot. Bennett Johnson, was a class act getting me where i needed to be monthly. He was honest and upfront. My Salesman Tracey Schmersal was great, very knowledgeable and took his time and got his steps in for sure with me. I went back the next morning because it was let by the time we wrapped up the financing and Kaila Hale helped me set up the vehicle. I was a Hyundai family now i am a proud part of the Honda family. If you want honesty and to be treated right, give this dealership an opportunity to win your business. I love my CRV, its top of the class with beautiful interior and all the safety features. More
