It will save you from the endless headaches my family and I have dealt with after purchasing our vehicle here. We went in to buy a Honda Odyssey in May 2024. My husband was hesitant about the whole process and my vehicle choice, but after test-driving a few times, we decided to go ahead with the purchase. Our sales associate, (Stefen??) was the only positive experience we had with this dealership. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful, which is the only reason it took me so long to write this review. However, that’s where the positive experience ended. After making the decision to buy the car, we ended up waiting over an hour just to get into the finance office. By the time we finally sat down, we were all exhausted—including our 2-year-old. The finance lady went over our paperwork, we signed everything, and then she launched into a sales pitch for extra coverages. We never buy extra coverage, but she was very persuasive, and in my overwhelmed state, I gave in. When I asked if we could add the coverage later, she told me it was better to add it now and assured me we could always remove it later if we changed our minds. Of course, as soon as we drove off the lot, I regretted this decision and started calling the following business day to figure out how to remove the coverage. But here’s the catch—nobody ever answered. I called daily, left multiple voicemails, and was transferred endlessly without ever getting a response. Both my husband and I tried reaching out, but it seemed like our calls were being screened—each time, we were automatically sent to a voicemail inbox and our calls were never returned. Finally, we made the trip to the dealership in person, about 30 minutes from our home. My husband went inside and was handed a document to remove most of the coverage, but not all of it. Which fine, we will pay for the days used and get most of it taken off. We were told the paperwork needed to be sent to Honda, so it might take a while. We accepted that and moved on, but the phone game continued. No one ever returned our calls, when I followed up, I was met with complete silence yet again. By December, we were back at the dealership for an oil change and I asked about a cracked windshield, since the finance lady had told me my coverage would include windshield replacements. The service advisor took pictures of the windshield and told me I’d hear back about whether I qualified for a Honda windshield or an aftermarket one. Why would Honda coverage not provide me with their own windshield is also BEYOND ME! Well, that was over a month ago—still no word. When I finally called my self to check in on this, they asked me for details about the person who took the pictures, which I didn’t know because they said they would handle it. I was told they couldn’t help without that info, so I asked them to please look up my account where he agreed pictures were in fact taken and after YET another frustrating hold, I was disconnected. So, to summarize: I paid $10,000 for extra coverage that has been nothing but a headache. The dealership has not followed through on a single promise, and I’m stuck with a plan I never wanted in the first place. My money is gone, my coverage is useless, and the customer service is non-existent. Please, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. This dealership only cares about making the sale and doesn’t seem to care at all about their CUSTOMERS after that. More

Buyers beware Service advisor, Sabrina and James and the service manager very horrible customer service they need to be trained wow this was my number one dealership to go and do my service. I don’t know what happened there if they change management or what went to do an oil change on my 2023 Honda CRV they Told me I couldn’t get my free oil change because I was over 24,000 miles when you purchase a vehicle they did not tell you that you have to be under the mileage so it could be free but I went there last time with 18,500 miles and they change it with no problem. I don’t recommend anyone to go to the dealership after what I experience. I have been working for a dealership for 25 years I never treat my customers the way he treated me today. I would not recommend any my family or friends to this dealership. I hope the lady on the TV commercial looks at this and handle this problem because they will lose business. I sent them over 300 customers and I will contact every one of them and tell them do not go there. . :( More
Buyer beware of this dealership's add-on practices and used car pricing. While they say that they are honorable, they will attract you with a good price on the new sale and then low-ball any trade-in off used car pricing. Avoid this dealership if you want a fair deal, they are operating under the old "sleezy car dealership" model and frankly need you to not buy from them. Trust is important and I will never purchase or recommend these guys to friends and family. More

I started out dealing with Devin who didn’t really know much about anything. The only good thing about this dealership was Bennet Johnson, but saying that I only talked with him over the phone and did not much about anything. He did switch some numbers around on me but I caught it and he came back with them in different places but I said whatever I will deal with it in person. I agreed to come test drive the passport, the black addition was something I was not interested in, I told them the black rims were a bit much but I also did not want the base model, I am moving to somewhere with more rugged terrain. Test drove it, fell in love, except for the black rims. Devin was with me during the test drive and knew absolutely NOTHING about the passport. Got back to the dealership and they knew I was coming there to lease. I have an Acura TLX with tech package, she’s been fun. Acura is the “luxury” brand of Honda right, they had no interest in my car. The sales manager that was unfortunately there that day was J.J. DuPont, extremely rude. I have equity in my car, I did all the math, he flat out told me they didn’t want my trade. 😂. Ok. He showed me a paper and said here is your payment ($770) zero down. He said with your trade your looking at $800. I told him if you couldn’t get to a nice mid 40k on that car then we are wasting each others time. He said not going to happen. He added that Bennett should have never offered me the price he did. I said all Bennet did was take all the xx costs off like Nitrogen tires lifetime warranty and other warranty’s I don’t need on a lease. For a dealership that prides themselves on being Christian based, I didn’t see none of that on the day I visited. Also why didn’t you show me the trailsport? AND you need to teach your sales people about leases and have a dedicated lease salesman. Leases are complex and complicated mathematically. YOUR MATH DuPont DID NOT MATH 🙄. For that price I could be driving a jag. Anyways if you want good salesmanship stay away from community. I’m downgrading bc I need to get my daughter a car but idk. I think Toyota is an upgrade.
