He was pleasant with a low key approach, which was appreciated, and thoroughly explained the car and everything about Community Honda. We visited several car dealers, but returned to Community Honda because of Jim and, of course, the car. Jim wasn't there when we returned, but we then met Frank Cleveland, who displayed the same characteristics. Community Honda allowed us to work with them on the price and because of that and the two excellent salesmen, we purchased the car. All the employees we came in contact with were informative and a pleasure to work with and meet. More

Purchase of 2019 HRV Sport Jim McElligot was the salesman that greeted me at Community Honda. This day was my first opportunity to see the vehicle I had been previously reviewin Jim McElligot was the salesman that greeted me at Community Honda. This day was my first opportunity to see the vehicle I had been previously reviewing online. He suggested a test drive but I was just not sure I was ready so he suggested I could be the designated passenger for that drive. Loved the ride and as I had other commitments for the next few days, I made an appointment to come back after the weekend. I test drove the vehicle with Jim, he answered all of my questions and gave me good information about the HRV. I made the decision to purchase the vehicle that same day. The process went smoothly and I said goodbye to my well loved 2007 CRV and hit the road to make new memories in the HRV. Every individual I had contact with at the dealership was courteous and knowledgeable. More
