2019 Passport from Showroom The actual Sales part of car was great, purchased in 2 hours!! However, car was in showroom and had a scratch on mirror. Looked as if mirror was hit going in or out of showroom. Was only suppose to take 2 days to fix. Will be 6 days before done and That is only a proposed time frame. I don’t have car back! Nothing like purchasing a BRAND new car and it already needing to be fixed AND not even having your Brand new car after purchase. Took the excitement out of a new car for sure!! I was given a nice rental car so that part was nice! Communication between Sales and Service wasn’t top notch. More

3 service calls in a row I was just at the dealership twice in two weeks: once to replace cabin filter and then for reapplication of sealant.
