My advisor did a good job at explaining a recommended service that I did not understand. He also recommended that I change air filters at a price that is more than triple what they cost on Amazon, although I realize this was not his fault and he doesn’t set prices. Overall, a great experience but I had to deduct one star due to highway robbery prices on the air filters and due to the fact that my advisor did not review the inspection with me. When reviewing at home, I noticed that at least one tire needed immediate replacement. While waiting, I spoke to my long term salesman Dennis, who is the reason I have purchased over 10 cars from this dealership. More

I shouldn't have to chase advisors down with questions or concerns. My vehicle and I were not made a priority, again, at Community Honda of Orland Park. Excellent customer service! From the very first contact, I was impressed! I had parked in the parking lot but Kamron offered to drive my car to into the service station. I ha From the very first contact, I was impressed! I had parked in the parking lot but Kamron offered to drive my car to into the service station. I had a doctor's appointment about an hour away from when I arrived but the service technician was able to fix the service (side airbag inflator recall) issue in less than an hour, and find in my tthe parking lot (I had stepped away to take a cell phone call) so I was able to make my doctor's appointment. I am very happy with the service I recieved and will be back when I require further service! Thanks to the hard working and friendly service technicians like Kamron! David. More
