Once we decided to move forward with the purchase, the process took less than 20 minutes. A 2 month, 2,000 warranty was also provided which I think is great considering the van was not of the brand represented by the dealership. They always take good care of me I've had all my service done here since I purchased my first Honda in 2004. I traded in my 2004 in 2017 with 196,000 miles on it and never had a sing I've had all my service done here since I purchased my first Honda in 2004. Overall good but does require some babysitting at times. I go to a Honda dealer for mainly oil changes only otherwise the other work is far too high priced.
