Community Chrysler Dodge Jeep

It's all about selling cars.... I am from out of state and bought a used car from Community. I was told I had to finance my sales tax which is not uncommon for out of state purchase I am from out of state and bought a used car from Community. When I went to get my license plate, I was advised that Indiana was not a reciprocity state with mine and I would have to pay sales tax again! When I called Community, I spoke with the sales manager who advised that he knew some states did not reciprocate. He told me "sorry" and wished be luck. Learned my lesson, please be aware......... Ruined cooling system...blamed it on me Posting this here also since they changed their name. Went in for a warranty check to maintain my lifetime power train warranty. Also wanted the entir Posting this here also since they changed their name. Went in for a warranty check to maintain my lifetime power train warranty. Also wanted the entire cooling system chemically flushed. What should have taken 1 hour according to the service manager ended up being closer to 3 hours. Finally they came out and told me they ran into a problem when doing the coolant flush. They told me that the cooling system was gelled up because I put the wrong coolant in the radiator(I've never touched the cooling system). Many arguments with their service manager and getting Chrysler customer care involved I had to get a case number and was told by Chrysler never to return to that dealership for service on my vehicle. Fast forward 9 months later and I had to have the entire cooling system replaced because they didn't fix their mess up, thankfully I went to another dealership who was top notch and worked with Chrysler customer care to fix it and bill town and country's for their mistake. I beg people to learn from my mistake, if you care about your vehicle take it to any other place than Town and Country or Community Nissan whatever they are calling themselves now. More
