Horrible Service, Worse Management I purchased a 2014 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited in December of 2013. My third vehicle from here. Since then it has been back for the same differential pro I purchased a 2014 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited in December of 2013. My third vehicle from here. Since then it has been back for the same differential problem 3 times. After the last service I noticed the front differential leaking fluid from each side near the brakes. After further inspection I found the seals to be leaking and the front and rear differential cover bolts loose. The front differential seals are leaking due to the mechanic over filling the differential and reinstalling the axles incorrectly and carelessly. The differential bolts HAVE to be torqued to a specification not just hand tightened. Since I have returned the vehicle a fourth time the service manager is claiming no responsibility for their actions and told Chrysler that the Jeep RUBICON has been off road and therefore must be the reason for the problems. I do not recommend these people as honesty is not a principle they are familiar with. If the owner of this dealership knew what was going on, I very much doubt most of these management people would have a job. On a side note, the general manager John Anderson is just as guilty for deception. He admitted that the dealership took my original tires and put them on a used jeep that they sold. So not only did they steal my property they sold it to another customer without their knowledge nor my consent. If all these things are not bad enough, John Anderson lied about Chrysler having a system in place so the dealer can't influence the decision on whether to cover the warranty or deny the claim. Chrysler denied that information. Even the people at Chrysler told me that there is no one I can talk to that will listen to my side of it and do a thorough investigation. So nothing but lies lies and more lies. If your reading this then go elsewhere and buy a better brand of vehicle. Sincerely, Robbed, cheated and lied to customer More
