Really ease going buying experience I really like to buy a car at Town & Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I'm not from the US. So, I'm not used to bargain to buy a car. They Damage Cars This place has HORRIBLE service. They damaged 2 of my wheels when i took it in for a rotate and balance. When they replaced my wheels, they mounted a This place has HORRIBLE service. They damaged 2 of my wheels when i took it in for a rotate and balance. When they replaced my wheels, they mounted a tire backwards, lost my key for my lug nut. They blamed me more the key missing. I contacted Chrysler and suddenly a "master key" appeared. My car vibrated horribly after they were done.. There was no vibrations previous to taking it in. They also damaged my daughters cooling system and refused to take responsibility for it. Thankfully Chrysler took care of the problem and will make this place be responsible. More
Ruined cooling system...blamed it on me. Went in for a warranty check to maintain my lifetime power train warranty. Also wanted the entire cooling system chemically flushed. What should have taken 1 hour according to the service manager ended up being closer to 3 hours. Finally they came out and told me they ran into a problem when doing the coolant flush. They told me that the cooling system was gelled up because I put the wrong coolant in the radiator(I've never touched the cooling system). Many arguments with their service manager and getting Chrysler customer care involved I had to get a case number and was told by Chrysler never to return to that dealership for service on my vehicle. Fast forward 9 months later and I had to have the entire cooling system replaced because they didn't fix their mess up, thankfully I worked with Chrysler customer care to fix the problem. I beg people to learn from my mistake, if you care about your vehicle take it to any other place than Town and Country or Community Nissan whatever they are calling themselves now. More
I had to have a power steering rack and brakes replaced. Both Mike's took good care of me and made it as painless as possible, given I had to replace a rack! I read some of these reviews before hand and While I can see some issues occuring, I do know that they get their parts from Chicago via a delivery, not an "employee going to another city the next day." I was there during the time they were getting a delivery. Overall a decent place, the building could use a facelift though! More
I dropped my car off at 830 am and was told it would take a half day to complete. I went to work and was never called. So I called and then they had told me that it would take all day and all they had comple a half day to complete. I went to work and was never called. So I called and then they had told me that it would take all day and all they had completed from 830-130 was an inspection and oil change. All I needed was my brake pads replaced and oil changed. My car was not finished until 5 pm. So from 830-5 they competed 2 tasks. Horrible service. Never again More
Don't bother making an appointment; They won't honor it. Know exactly what you need repaired; They will try and up-sell you on additional repairs you may or may not need. Don't believe them when t honor it. Know exactly what you need repaired; They will try and up-sell you on additional repairs you may or may not need. Don't believe them when they tell you that they're waiting on the parts to be delivered; They will really wait until the next day before they send someone to another city an hour away, to get the parts. Horrible, terrible, completely unprofessional. We will never take our car back there to be serviced, and will likely never even buy from them again. More
