McKenna was everything you would want in a sales representative. We can’t say enough great things about here knowledge and service! The dealership was a completely different story. The offered $3500 representative. We can’t say enough great things about here knowledge and service! The dealership was a completely different story. The offered $3500 dollars “sight unseen” for our trade and when we arrived they claimed the exhaust gasket leak was reason to conclude the truck would need a new engine and offered $500. We believe this might just be a regular ploy to corner a customer into a position where they have no leverage. The second issue was when we went to sign the paperwork and a $1500 Xzilon up charge on the purchase agreement that they claimed had already been installed on the vehicle even though it had never been mentioned even once during our correspondence about the vehicle. First it was the hard sell from the finance lady that had no clue what she was talking about, then a threat that they would simply sell the vehicle to another buyer as if we had no value to their business. Next another manager from the dealership who we had never met came in and acted like this was normal and we should be happy to be paying what we are for the $105k vehicle and this small up charge. Reluctantly they agreed to wave the fee when we said the deal would be off. The finance lady then wrote “Not Applied” or “Not Done” on the xzilon paperwork indicating to us it had never even been applied to the vehicle. We believe there may be a systematic fleecing of customers at this dealership. This is our first GM truck purchased in the past twenty years. We do have a Buick car that we love and have had other GM vehicles before that. We currently have an F150, Ford Excursion and 2017 Land Rover Discovery that will need to be replaced eventually. We love the vehicle (2023 Yukon XL Ultimate) but dread having to go through this kind of experience when buying our next vehicle. We also were disappointed not to get any value out of our Supplier/GM employee pricing on the vehicle. We are happy to tell you more about our experience. Again, McKenna is the best! More

This was my first purchase w/o my husband going along. Ashley was patient while I was making my decision. They were very courteous, especially when the vehicle started overheating before we even got off of the frontage road by the dealership.
