Far exceeded expectations Had a great experience with Kyle in sales and Jon in finance. Kyle walked out to greet us in the rain 45 minutes before close on a Saturday. He sat us down and asked for our wants and needs before anything else. The first vehicle he pulled up was every single thing on the list. We stopped by on the way to a different dealer and were handed something we thought we'd never find, on the very first try. Filling out the paperwork with Joe was a blast too. Never thought I'd say something like that, but the staff really makes the place feel different. Everyone we met cared about us, and I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used Buick or GMC. Worth the drive to Waterloo from wherever. More
