On my first visit I wasn't sure yet if I really wanted to trade in my current vehicle (a 2003 VW Jetta), but I sat with Ivan and spoke with him about what was important to me in a vehicle and what my options were. Ivan suggested the Kia Forte LX, and we took it for a test drive. After crunching the numbers we came up with something I was comfortable with, and he brought the paperwork to the Business Manager, Hiram. Over the next week I spoke with Ivan and Hiram several times before we could come to an agreement. At one point I was considering waiting on purchasing the new vehicle because the numbers we originally came up with weren't going to work (due to my own credit scores and inability to provide a down payment). However, they came up with a way to make it work, and even threw in a little added bonus. Overall I am VERY satisfied with Commonwealth Motors and Ivan and Hiram personally as well. I work with customers in my line of work everyday, and these two gentleman are the epidome of excellent customer service representatives. I applaud the efforts of all the employee's at Commonwealth Motors, and give two thumbs up! More

These are guys I would like to hang with and have a beer, I know it's a business transaction, but they truely make you feel like a friend.
