If one person wasn't available, another would step in and help, with no pressure, none of the usual sales tactics you encounter in buying a car. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The follow-up has been outstanding as well. We came in to buy an Optima for me, and ended up so pleased with our experience that we decided to trade our luxury SUV for a Sorrento!
