it was painless and enjoyable I was cheerfully greeted by a salesman (Robert Nerdon) shortly after I arrived. He asked me what I was interested in looking at. He located a similar vehicle on the lot and we went for a test drive. Hewas very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I explained what options and color I wanted. He said that it would have to be located within New England. We proceeded to negotiate a deal. He kept me apprised of the search and then told me they had located one. When I picked up my car today Bob spent 1.5 hours explaining the electronics and bluetooth system as well as how all of the instrument clusters, lift gate, blindspot monitor and mirrors worked. More
