So for this instance and that's how I rate dealers...per instances, the experience was great. Car had 18 k miles on it and a 100k mile warranty. I had a slow leak in R/F tire. Strange for a new car. May the fully loaded EXL V6 Honda Accord has some significant drain on the battery but 3-4 days seriously! Anyways, went in. Explained my situation. I was told to wait. Nearly 2 hours (that was the bad part) went by when I lost patience and asked for an update. Within minutes I was done. The resolution to battery was replacement under warranty. Tire had a screw in it so that was fixed. I was not charged anything, except lost 2 hours of my premium time on the weekends, considering it looked like a small job. But later Buddy explained that they had to see the drain on the battery by running blower, lights and stereo on. I do not mind paying or waiting hours but I do expect a solid honest explanation which I got here. So that is that. Again, like I said this very instance went well :) More

First time here. Very clean and professional, service was timely, waiting area comfortable. We were at the dealership looking over a certified used for my 19 year old son. His first exposure with an auto dealer. While he liked the car, he was not aware the internet cost did not include the "publi for my 19 year old son. His first exposure with an auto dealer. While he liked the car, he was not aware the internet cost did not include the "published" $2,000 deduction for trade-in. This put the cost of the vehicle outside his comfort zone, and he became a bit overwhelmed. Just as soon as the salesman heard we were going to go home and think it over, the hard sell mentality kicked in. You need to discuss with the Manager and every other standard "used car salesman" pitch. The more we indicated no deal the more ridiculous it became. Last line we heard was "I'll get fired" -"you don't know the GM". Hope you do get fired. Shame on you for attempting to pressure a teen into a sale. Shop you last? Not if you WERE the last. More

An excellent job making a spare programed key for my car. I wanted a progamed spare and they had two left and held one for me. I had to wait for 20 minutes and then it was ready. This is my 2nd time purchasing a car here. The people are very friendly. They are not "pushy" when trying to buy a car. You get a good price here. I have to admit that when I first walked around the parking lot filled with cars I wasn't sure what to expect. That's when Nick Tziolis happened to be walking by and I asked him for some assistance. Right from the beginning I could tell that Nick was a knowledgeable sales person and was not one of those high pressure sales people who really lays the pressure on. Nick treated me with respect and gave great customer service and I am fully satisfied with the vehicle he helped me choose.
