Just wanted to take a few moments to say Thank you to everyone at Commonwealth Motors. The experience was nothing more than Great. But most Important I want to thank Andrew Mercer-Mederios for his help finding the right car for me. I started at one end of the dealership and worked my way to the other side. In between I test drove a few cars from A Nissan Altima to a couple of Honda's. When we were all done I made my Choice on a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L. I could not have been any happier with my decision. Andrew was patient and understanding of what I was looking for and at what price I could afford. I would have been very happy if that was all they offered. But the people at Commonwealth Motors don't stop once they sell you there cars. They reach out to you and invite you into the Commonwealth Family. they showed me their service deportment and explained the discounts I would receive because I had purchased car thru them as well as helping me set up and understand all the new technology my car had to offer. Not only was I looking for a specific car to meet my specific needs, I was also looking for a sale environment that was not intimidating. I took my honda accord to this dealer on 10/31/2012 for the state inspection. The service representative was generous and quickly checked the tires afront as a part of safety inspection. They did inspection within 30 minutes despite a large number of customers came for service. I prefer to go to this dealer because even for state inspection, you can wait inside a neat room while you enjoy with complementary coffee compared to going to a gas station and wait outside for an hour, no idea of knowing who came first and when your car is going to be pulled inside for the inspection. The dealership was fantastic. The place is spotless (including the bathrooms), the salespeople are friendly and energetic. Gary went above and beyond to have my car cleaned and buffed on Saturday eventhough there is no cleaning crew works on weekend. He made sure that we are getting taken care of paperworks on Saturday.
