My wife has a Honda that she bought at another dealership. We will be coming to Commonwealth for her service. My next car will be bought at Commonwealth Honda. The salesman, Song, remembered who I was and took the time to talk to me about my car. A+ to the whole service team not only do they provide top-notch service but at great prices. Martin was very helpful as it was my first time for service there. He showed me the ropes and told me how long the service would take. He was right on with the time too. I would highly recommend Martin and servicing you Honda here. More

On 3/23/13, I went in to have two recalls fixed, a mirror replaced and my Honda Pilot's rear heating/AC fan fixed. Dax, (from the service dept.) was very polite, positive and kept me informed every step o replaced and my Honda Pilot's rear heating/AC fan fixed. Dax, (from the service dept.) was very polite, positive and kept me informed every step of the way (for example, price breakdown, when vehicle would be ready). My family has been going to Commonwealth Motors for over 15 years and will continue to do so. More

Im 100% satisfied with the service i recieved. John went above and beyond my expectations to assure that i got what i wanted. The final deal was amazing. I am probably one of the most happiest people right above and beyond my expectations to assure that i got what i wanted. The final deal was amazing. I am probably one of the most happiest people right now i owe it to him. I got the dream car i have always wanted for an awsome price thanx to him. He also sold me the gap insurance which i was not familiar WITH but after him explaining to me was very benificial. He is an amazing sales person and really knows his stuff. I have been a customer of Commonwealth Honda since 2002. I noticed a smell of anti-freeze over the past week and was due an oil change so i made an appointment for service. The website to schedule your appt I noticed a smell of anti-freeze over the past week and was due an oil change so i made an appointment for service. The website to schedule your appt is very easy and use and very user friendly. You can also receive appointment reminders via text and or email which is very convenient. I arrive an hour early in order to set up and work while my vehicle was being serviced. This of course was no problem. I was met by Susan in a very friendly and prompt manner. She went over what my service request was and clarified my needs. She came back to check in with me within a half our and discussed my issue and my options. She was very helpful, informed and ready to take action depending on my choices. The issue that needed to be repaired was going to take around 6 hours and i was even offered a ride home via the Commonwealth shuttle. For the work i had done the price was reasonable and the customer service is always exceptional. I actually enjoy going in for my 30,000 and or 75,000 mile service milestones because I can either set up and work from the location or take the shuttle to the Loop and shop for the day depending on what i want to do. Commonwealth has a wonderful culture, everyone is committed to customer service and it is reflected in everyone you interact with. Commonwealth makes it easy to have your car repaired at a fair price dealing with wonderful people. I would not go any where else for service on my vehicle. More
Song Taing was very socialbly, polite and knowledgeably of the CRV cars. My husband and I had a test drive on the highway the CRV drove nice and smooth.
