I shopped this dealership because I know Brian. When I contacted him he was eager to help and immediately sent me info on 6 or 7 vehicles. There was never any "hard selling" or any pressure to buy. I was given a range for my trade-in over the phone and when I brought the trade-in to them to inspect they stayed within that range. I had the dealer install heated seats and remote start.
