I visited the dealership with my parents who were looking for a used second car for themselves. After a day of countless dealerships that were looking more for a commission on a sale as opposed to what my pa for a used second car for themselves. We decided to visit Commonwealth to see if they could live up to their slogan. Well, they didn't live up to it...they exceeded it. My reason for writing this review? I, who was not in the market for a car at the time, fell in love with a car my parents test drove but weren't sure about. Needless to say, Jim's understanding and laid back, non pushy approach made it so that not only did my parents find a vehicle that day, but I ended up signing papers for the car I fell in love with, but feared I could not afford. I won't shop anywhere else for my vehicle needs as long as Mr. Kowalik is selling vehicles. I recommend his service to everyone who compliments my choice of vehicle! I miss my old car, but am falling in love with the newer one each minute I drive her! All thanks to Jim! More

My daughter and I were able to purchase a used Ford Tauras 7 sitter which we so desperately needed for the children. My sales person was Jim Kowalik who is not listed above. He took the time to go over every thing about both vechiles and we discussed the optinos together. When it came to the finacing part I dealt with Richie Pulsifer and Jamie Dimare who also took the time to get the loan approved and kept me informed each day on what was happening.
