Bought a Subaru here back in December of 2011. After driving it for about 5 months, I began having very serious engine troubles. They did not back this car yet nickled and dimed me everytime I visited driving it for about 5 months, I began having very serious engine troubles. They did not back this car yet nickled and dimed me everytime I visited them for repair. They bought this car at auction, this car was a lemon. I owned it 6 months and had to get rid of it and it literally cost me thousands to get into another car. I now have two car payments and one car. They sell horrible used cars with inflated - limited warranty's that do nothing. I would never ever ever shop them again and do not recommend them at all, they are ruthless. More

In the first conversation that I had with a service person before anyone even looked at it, they knew what was wrong with it by just my description of the problem. Purchased my Silverado here and have always taken it here. The sales department is great and I have had a good experience. They are always able to answer my questions promptly. I have had some ok experiences. Sometimes there are miscalculations on the total price for the service. Some employees should take more time to prevent mistakes and become more customer friendly. The mechanical service itself is great I have no complaints. More
