He was very helpful and personable and made me feel very comfortable (not a feeling I'm used to at car dealerships). I let him know I didn't have much time, so working with Frank Deneu, he made the deal go through in less than 30 minutes. I got the vehicle I wanted, at a cost lower than Kelley Blue Book pricing, in record time. We went back and forth on pricing quickly, and I ended up with exactly what I had hoped for. I was in the process of purchasing a used vehicle for the past several months. Becoming frustrated with private sales and smaller auto sales stores, I seriously considered the "shop us last" motto. I looked on line at the used car selection, saw a Chevy Sonic that fit my requirements and made an appointment for the next day. The next day came and it was poring and I did not feel like going to look at the car in the rain. I called Commonwealth Motors to say I was not going to come see the car due to the weather and the gentleman on the phone said this is the best time to buy a car, ill pull it in the garage and you can come check it out. So I did. When I arrived at Commonwealth I observed the owner on the floor as well as several other sales reps. I was Greeted by Kevin Peterson who asked if he could be of any assistance. I told him what I had seen on line he asked me to have a seat and within the next 10 mins I was in the car and the deal was sealed. A most gracious and professional car buying experience. Kevin assisted me with the purchase process and at no time was I left with any questions, he was very thorough , patient and professional.
