I was very pleased with Steve's customer service and Jamie's finance skills in order to complete a deal that was better then the original one i went in for. My mother, father and grandfather have all purchased multiple cars with them and I know this is the first of many deals I will make with Commonwealth Chevy. More

Great Service. I stopped in and spoke with Sandra on Thursday, and was able to get an appointment for the next day, at a time convenient for me to wait. When I dropped off the car the next day, Chris went over the recall fix, and also let me know there would be no labor charge for installing new GM wiper blades I told him I wanted to purchase. The drop off area was immaculate, and the car was ready when promised. Hopefully, I won't be back, but if something goes wrong with my Malibu, its good to know I can feel comfortable taking it to Commonwealth. More

Chris (in the Service Department) was excellent today, as always. He took the time to explain the purpose of struts and the eventual need to replace the left driver side strut. No high pressure. No fancy technical language. Just plain and simple language to allow my understanding. I would not go anywhere else for service for our 2009 Chevy Malibu Hybrid. I have NEVER had a less-than-perfect experience at Commonwealth Motors Chevy Service dept. More
