Even though it was late when I got there and I was indecisive Jose, my salesman, was extremely patient and never once tried to pressure me into taking the car. He went over all the information on the vehicle and, I felt, answered questions honestly. My next car will definately come from Columbine. More

The entire staff was the friendliest, and most professional of any dealership we have purchased from over the last 50 years. My wife and I were made to feel important. That is refreshing. Frustrating Day While I think we got a good deal overall on the new F-150 we purchased, the process was frustrating. We were at the dealership for nearly 6 hours. W While I think we got a good deal overall on the new F-150 we purchased, the process was frustrating. We were at the dealership for nearly 6 hours. We arrived a little after 10:00 and were done test driving by approximately 11:30. It was after 3:00 by the time we got into the finance office and around 4:00 when we finally left the dealership. Additionally, the payment information provided during that time was extremely vague. I did not know what my payments would be until we met with the finance office to finalize the sale. I was told the value of my trade-in and the price of the new vehicle, but only told the payments would probably be 'higher' than my desired payments. The salesman asked if I was okay with that, and my response was 'let's see what the finance office can come up with.' In the end, the payments were more than 40% higher than the first numbers we discussed. As mentioned, I feel like the overall price on the pickup was good, but that information should have been provided well in advance of signing the final paperwork. By the time we got to the finance office I was frustrated and tired of being at the dealership. I knew there were several other frustrated buyers at the dealership waiting to finalize their sales. Thus, it felt as if information was intentionally withheld until we were in the finance office and in a situation where we felt pressured to make a quick decision with information that easily could have been shared with us hours in advance. Also, I believe we should have qualified for a much lower interest rate given our credit scores. The lady in the finance office was somewhat condescending when talking about finance options with us. I can understand that, as those options should have been presented in advance, and she was the only one working in the finance office on a Saturday. Nevertheless, it was an additional frustration to a process that felt intentionally ambigous and drawn out so that we would simply just sign the papers by the time we found out details of our purchase. More
