Amazing Experience We are originally from Colorado but relocated to Las Vegas a few years ago. One of our current vehicles was in need of more TLC than we had time or mo We are originally from Colorado but relocated to Las Vegas a few years ago. One of our current vehicles was in need of more TLC than we had time or money to put into it, so we decided it was time for an upgrade. When looking locally here in Vegas we where finding ourselves discouraged with the selection and prices. Being from Grand Junction I suggested to look at dealerships in Western Colorado including Columbine Ford!! We found a couple trucks that really struck our interest and where also with in our price range. After contacting Columbine Ford we received an immediate reply from Robi. She knew we where not local but she was more than willing to work with us in every way. Robi was always on point with her communication and kept us up to date on everything that was going on. Due to the time differences between Las Vegas and Rifle we often contacted her after business hours but she always replied back within minutes! Once the decision to purchase a truck from Columbine was made and paperwork was all done (which was also super easy) we made travel plans to fly up and pick up our new truck. We flew into Grand Junction from Vegas late on Friday night and stayed in a motel. Robi was so kind as to get up early on Saturday morning and drive down to Junction and pick us up at our motel. She even brought the new truck so we would be able to have an extended test drive. Once back to Rife we where made to feel more than Welcome by all of the Columbine staff. Our process was very quick as everyone knew we had a long drive back to Las Vegas ahead of us. Robi is by far the most amazing lady and saleswoman we have ever had. We would more than recommend Robi and Columbine Ford for any of your future vehicle purchases!!! More

great Inventory but slow on closing deals Stan is great to work with in sales. Dealership as a whole don’t seem very interested in giving much for nice tradeins. Nice modern service dept. My credit is impeccable and it still took 6 hours and into the next day for approval. I felt exhausted. I almost gave up and moved on. Recommend getting credit at your local bank if putting under business even though you won’t get the full discount through ford credit. More
