Amazing experience Robi helped us out more than I ever could have expected. She was so nice and knowledgeable and if she didn’t have an answer to a question she would go Robi helped us out more than I ever could have expected. She did not pressure us at all and was great with keeping us comfortable during the whole experience. Jake was our finance go to and he went above and beyond as well! We stayed within our budget and got exactly what we wanted plus some. I would highly recommend her at Columbine Ford and will definitely be going back for any of our vehicle needs. Friendly and not overly aggressive, in hopes of follow through with moneys owed to us from previous purchase of warranty, was ultimately wanting these moneys and not overly aggressive, in hopes of follow through with moneys owed to us from previous purchase of warranty, was ultimately wanting these moneys for current loan, and told that was not possible, would be sent to us in a check, "within 8 weeks. Depends on when we submit monthly requests". If this would have not happened we would have gave a 5+. More
