Purchased a new vehicle with Jon Rouse and he was awesome! However, we returned a few days later because the rubber frame around the passenger rear door window was defective. I don't know who the awesome! However, we returned a few days later because the rubber frame around the passenger rear door window was defective. I don't know who the three guys that looked at it were, but they were very nice and helpful and said they would order a new one. Here we almost ten days later and when we called to find out if it came in, apparently it was never ordered. Still waiting to find out what's going on. I do want to say though that this is not the norm for the service department. Both my husband and I have all of our service done on our vehicles and they are always on top of things. More
