Recent purchase of a Fusion was handled by Erik and he took care of a license plate light issue and windshield crack quickly. Also called me several days later when an additional set of keys for the car arrived to them in the mail. Only negatives I see - I'm not sure their dealer handling fee is priced right for today's market, and the Allstate Paint and Fabric Defense also seems to be expensive... Though I guess if I need to use the coverage for either paint or upholstery it will likely pay for itself. It's not optional, however. On another vehicle recently discovered that the lug nuts had been damaged after just a few years of regular rotations, all of which were done at Columbine. Was told they were seeing that frequently due to soft metal in the lugs. Columbine replaced them with a better lug at no charge, even though it wasn't technically their fault. Phenomenal customer service! Thanks to Curtis for taking care of it quickly and professionally. Their Quick Lane service is great - I appreciate the videos of my vehicle that they provide going over everything they have found. More
