They worked with me on the price of my trade in, and they went out of their way multiple times to get me the truck I wanted. Told him in the early afternoon th Contacted Columbine Ford about a vehicle I saw on line. Went back and forth via email with Bryce about the details. Told him in the early afternoon that I wanted to purchase the car. We started the paperwork and I sent him all my information. Early evening he told me he would be sending me another form but I never heard from him again. I had to contact him the next morning to ask about the form and he basically told me "oops we sold that car late last night"! Told me he would look for another car for me to purchase and I never heard from him again. Very shady business practices. Customer beware! More
