Service Department was awesome My son, grandson and I were headed to hunt elk in northern Colorado for my grandson's first elk hunt, when my Ford F250 lost power and showed a proble My son, grandson and I were headed to hunt elk in northern Colorado for my grandson's first elk hunt, when my Ford F250 lost power and showed a problem. We were 15 miles past Columbine Ford so we turned around and headed back not knowing if they would be able to help us get back to our trip. We got there before they opened and they kindly let us in to explain our situation. They immediately responded and began to figure out what the problem was with my truck. It was a busy day for them with everything booked up but they were committed to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. They put extra help on fixing the problem that was supposed to take 3 to 5 hours and they got it fixed in about 2 hours. Everyone was helpful and considerate to us even though I know it messed up their day. From Josh the Service Adviser, to Damon the Shop Foreman, to the Service Techs, to the driver that gave us a ride everyone was pleasant and went way out of their way to help us and never complained about the inconvenience our problem created for them. I can't say enough about the way the service department treated us and went above and beyond expectations. Thanks a bunch to all of you!
