This was an exceptional experience on many levels. It started out with Dustin contacting us to see what he could do for us, he asked a lot of questions to find out what we wanted. He encouraged us to look at their website and see if there was anything we liked. He assured us he could help us even with our challenges. He worked very hard for us. We got the vehicle we wanted, got a fair price for our trade in and in a few short hours the deal was done. The experience gets better from a service after the sale stand point. We had an issue with a rip in the head liner and a door sensor that keep going off even when the door was closed. I had also asked about the condition of the tires because in our excitement we didn't realize what poor condition they were in. I truly believe it was an honest oversight on their part as well. They scheduled the door and headliner and with help from his manager they took full responsibility for the tires and replaced them at no charge to us. They gave my wife a car to drive back to Grand Junction and use while they took care of those 3 things. They even delivered our vehicle back to us in Grand Junction with a full tank of gas. As far as the tires go I had thought we might have to pay half at least and that was not the case. Car dealers have at times a unfair label that I don't need to describe.
