Emergency Help We were traveling across Colorado to our home in Illinois. We had just left Parachute, Co. onI-70 when our Ford Taurus died. It just shut off. Fortunately it started back up and we went on to Riley, The service bays were all busy so Cary, at the service desk asked the manager to look at our car. Damon took time to check out the car and drive it before he gave it back to us. The battery cables had come loose after driving on very rough roads and cattle guards to visit the National Parks and were not making good contact. They did not charge us anything and we were soon on our way home without another problem. They were friendly and courteous. More
