Out of state purchase I just got back from a 2000 mile trip to pick up my 2011 ram truck. Lots of people told me I was crazy buying a used truck (with issues) sight unseen that far away, but Robi Sifers was very up front with all the issues, willing to take extra pictures and let me talk to a mechanic and get his opinions. I found out Colorado requires 10 times more paperwork than Minnesota when purchasing a vehicle, but there again Robi made it extremely easy overnighting the documents to a notary in my area at no expense. She was willing to pick me up from an airport over a hour away, but instead she helped me load the pickup at 3AM so I could speed my trip up. The pickup is way better than I was hoping and was even full of fuel. Robin made the whole experience easy and was always willing to go the extra mile. More
