Scheduled my vehicle for a recall oil change and fuel filters. I was told it would be at least a day. I asked for a loaner car so my wife wouldn't be stranded. I had an 0800 appt. I had to call late in the afternoon for an update due to not hearing anything. They turned my check engine light on which was not on prior. And quoted me a much higher price tag than anticipated due to other repairs They said are needed that were not related to the issue I took it in for . More
Eric did his best to help us, I do not have any issues with him. However, the lack of loaner cars is frustrating especially when you have to wait months to get a car. The last time I had my van in for wiring , the mechanic damaged my vehicle, he was careless. After the mess he left and not knowing if he mess up in things that we couldn't see plus the on going vehicle problems and in inability to get a loaner, we decided to trade the van in and go with another dealership. If the dealership would have tried harder to make things right, we would've bought another vehicle from you. More
Lack of experience a waste of time The service dept had a lack of experience and quality of work. I was asked to bring in my vehicle for an evaluation of issues that were already diagnosed and addressed and lack of experience and quality of work. The employees were rude and failed to communicate the true reason for me being there. I was extremely disappointed and will no longer engage the services of this establishment once the current issues are resolved. More
