Took truck for service and received it back with a dented rear bumper. Dealer said can't prove it happened there. They did offer to pay 1/2 the replacement cost in order to keep me as a customer. We drove a hour and 20 minutes because we had good service buying both of our vehicles there so it made sense to come back for the service the Jeep Compass needed to be told they heard no noise they n service buying both of our vehicles there so it made sense to come back for the service the Jeep Compass needed to be told they heard no noise they noticed a slight play in the tire rod but nothing worse fixing and the speaker works just not great. I take it Columbiana service dept doesn’t want to do warranty work!!!!! We went to another service department and they not only heard the noise we were describing but fixed it. We will be buying our next jeep in September from another dealer most likely the one that took the time to help us. Terrible service!!!!! So very disappointed. More

Had an exhaust manifold replaced under factory warranty and an oil change with tire rotation. It was a rush situation due to the fact I was leaving town the next morning.
