A stress free new car purchase I’m not very good at writing reviews, but I’ll give it a try. I first approached Columbiana CJD through their website to receive a quote on a minivan. Shortly after, I was contacted by company representative Denny Thompson. We discussed my desires regarding a van and set up an appointment. From that point forward, Mr. Thompson took pains to thoroughly go over the vehicles, options and financing available for me and answer any questions or concerns I may have had. When it came time to complete the transaction, both Mr. Thompson and Jason Allison of the Finance Dept. again reviewed all options and alternatives with me, then proceeded to expedite my purchase as smoothly as possible. During the whole experience, I never felt any type of pressure from the staff or hesitation in addressing my questions or concerns. The relaxed atmosphere created by both Denny and Jason made the overall experience most pleasant and stress free. When the time came to release the minivan to me, Mr. Thompson again went over the features of my van and made sure I understood and was aware of all of them. He also assured me that he would be available should I have any questions in the future. We discussed the Service Dept. but I did not have a chance to view it. I expect though that I’ll be dealing with them aa time goes by. Because of the smooth and relaxed experience created by the staff with regards to my new purchase, I will not hesitate to “Tell a friend” about dealing with Columbiana CJD as far as buying a new vehicle. Awesome Car Buying Experience! My husband and I just bought our second new vehicle at Columbiana Chrysler Jeep Dodge. It takes an hour to drive there from where we live, but it was My husband and I just bought our second new vehicle at Columbiana Chrysler Jeep Dodge. He didn't act like a salesman, but more as a friend. When I finally made the decision that I was going to trade in my wrangler, it was time to sign some papers. Typically, this is the most boring and eye-rolling part. This time was an exception. It may sound strange, but Jason made the whole process fun. He was cracking jokes, asking about what I do, but was professional and easy to work with. He made the finance experience enjoyable which is quite hard to do. I will definitely be recommending people to come here. More

I would go back to Columbiana CJD again because of Bob Hoff. Also, Jason did an outstanding job working with me on the loan. I couldn't believe the low rate he was able to get me. He was able to explain with clarity the Vehicle Service Contract and the Tire & Wheel Protection Service Contract. He sold me on the benefits of both. I bought them because of Jason's recommendations. Again, they both did an outstanding job. More

Outstanding Sales Team My wife and I were looking for a used truck, I called and/or stopped by a few other dealerships and was no where near the trade in offered at CCJD. A My wife and I were looking for a used truck, I called and/or stopped by a few other dealerships and was no where near the trade in offered at CCJD. Although they didn’t have a truck we were looking for they did have some nice Wranglers with low miles, so we decided on one and contacted our bank for approval. We had some very positive unexpected things come up that took us from used to saving money buying new so we ended up ordering a brand new Jeep Wrangler Sport S. The reason I am making this so long is, to explain how awesome our sales person was through all of the changes we made some of which were last minute, she was never pushy, never tried to direct us to something we didn’t want or sell us something on the lot after we decided to order. I won’t even go into the 50 different ways we wanted the Jeep setup lol. Amanda is a very professional no gimmicks sales person that will help you find the right vehicle for you. She made this whole process very easy and even gave up her personal time off to keep us posted on the order. I must mention our Jeep was ordered on April 4th and was delivered April 14th which is lightning fast. I would give the sales team and Amanda 10 stars if I could. I know this is long but if you made it this far go see them you won’t be sorry. More
