salesman had a attitude we got to dealership to test drive a car and as soon as we started it up the check engine was on red flag already,then we put a coder on to check code we got to dealership to test drive a car and as soon as we started it up the check engine was on red flag already,then we put a coder on to check codes the was so many codes left in car computer,then when we asked salesman to fix the problem the salesman didnt know what we were talking about but he took the car back to get fixed he had a pedal commander? on the car which the car didnt go over 10mph? the car showed 21,000 miles but the condition underneath wasnt really showing a 21,000 car the salesman was very rude to us since we drove 2 hr drive couldnt even offer a coffee! car was $23000 and offered $20000 and said to us we were xxxxing nuts wow swearing at customers??? be ware of this dealership i think $20,000 for a 2013 dodge challenger was enough not $24,000 which being wrecked and had oil dripping from the underneath of car and $24000 was overpriced according to several other dealerships,i think the salesman was insulted by my price of $20,000 for a 2013 dodge challenger then he goes to the manger to tell him i offered $16,000? wow i bought 2 challengers before and never had a hassle with a dealership with price,politeness,or even talking with a manager to discuss what to we need to do to make a deal happen here at Columbiana Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram the salesman didnt even let us talk with a manager about the price of this challenger and we discussed in email,phone conversations about making a deal on $20,000 for the challenger and drive 2 hrs away in hoping we were going to drive it home and the price jumped to $23,000? boy the saleman tom really needs to be a little more better to get a sale but you lst a customer driving miles away to purchase a car based on his talks and the then tells a manager we offered him a low ball offer to make himself look good but in saying the challenger had a check engine light on and he didnt know why the pedal commander was there then he said he forgot it was on there i knew right there from the start something was terribly wrong with the car and yes i was going to pay $20,000 for the car as i promised but turns out the salemans tried to make the customer a fool and make my experiance a nightmare just sitting in a corner of his desk away from everyone so he can make a customer feel like crap and wasting my time on a $20,000 deal walk away i still got my money and he didnt make a deal and he lied to his manger we offered him $16,000 wow this dealership make us very very worried More
