Jeep Service Dept, I went in for an oil change and to trace an oil leak. The service department dropped off my wife and I at the Dutch Inn so we could get breakfast. Un I went in for an oil change and to trace an oil leak. The service department dropped off my wife and I at the Dutch Inn so we could get breakfast. Unfortunately, the leak turned into needing to have the oil cooler replaced. Because the repair would take several hours we were given a loaner car without asking. The service dept. kept us informed and completed the work in less time than anticipated. My wife and I both own Jeeps and for the past 20 years have used the Columbiana Jeep service department for ALL maintenance and repairs because of their friendliness, professionalism, and for being very trustworthy. More

Oil Change / Tire Rotation Appointment for 7:30 AM. Arrives at 7:25 and out the door at 8:20AM. Service dept. was very efficient and every staff member who walked through the Appointment for 7:30 AM.
