Virtual Reality experience so helpful Wayne introduced us to the virtual reality of a new Cadillac not yet in the showroom. This dealership is unique in Ohio to have this. It was outstan Wayne introduced us to the virtual reality of a new Cadillac not yet in the showroom. This dealership is unique in Ohio to have this. It was outstanding and gave us a real understanding of the new car. We were also able to discuss the car with the head of the dealership and it was indicative of the "family" approach to dealing with customers. We were so lucky to be connected to Wayne when we called. It was a lucky turn of fate, but after the time and care he generated in our meeting, Wayne will be our man. He was great! More

Wheel bearing check. I took the car in to have the wheel bearings checked and they found out that the two passenger side wheels were bent and they showed me without having I took the car in to have the wheel bearings checked and they found out that the two passenger side wheels were bent and they showed me without having to ask. I have replacement wheels and when I get the chance I will have the service department put the new wheels on with new tires all around. More

not good being that infronation about damage to car purchase 2016 Z51 2LT corvette. Benjamin Tiratto was sale person who handle deal. call back to speak to him was told no work there, I believe that no purchase 2016 Z51 2LT corvette. Benjamin and myself walk around car together, was told no other damage beside scratches that were visible to us. got car home had it detail later, found major body under door frame, call dealership that when I was told Benjamin no longer work there. as manager how we can resolve this was told I can trade car in on new car. I purchase cash $52,000,00 did not wish to do that. marty (manage) also told me I should have got on ground and look under car. I am in treatment for prostate caner Benjamin and I had discuss this being he ask about my finger nails which where completely dark from treatment, and there was no way I could have got on ground due to pain I go thur More
