Wayne Ulery went above and beyond! I had been struggling with finding a good car lease while also trying to get the best deal on a trade-in. The trade-in value I was offered at Columbi I had been struggling with finding a good car lease while also trying to get the best deal on a trade-in. The trade-in value I was offered at Columbiana was higher than expected, but I was having a hard time choosing the next vehicle. After looking through two SUVs and test-driving a Malibu, Wayne suggested maybe I consider another model I hadn't considered. Wow! What a beautiful car, the Buick Regal Turbo, and a fantastic lease rate. I am beyond thrilled to have such a high-quality vehicle at a price LOWER than I had originally committed to. Wayne took the time to address my concerns over pricing and features, and I feel that I was able to leave with a great car at a great price. I would definitely recommend Wayne as a salesperson, as he is very knowledgeable about their inventory and offers. Great experience at car dealership?? Who knew?? Thank you so much to Wayne and everyone at Columbiana Buick Cadillac. Five stars. More

Throughout this process, Wayne was incredibly informative and helpful in finding and purchasing my new 2016 Silverado. The employees are most knowledgeable, courteous and deliver the car back in a timely manner. I never rush them and I am always ready to leave the car if there is a problem.
