Lies!!! I arrived on Monday February 12th to look at and purchase a 2017 Buick Regal. Jeff walked us over to the lot and showed us a Crimson Red regal (Did no I arrived on Monday February 12th to look at and purchase a 2017 Buick Regal. Jeff walked us over to the lot and showed us a Crimson Red regal (Did not offer test drive), we walked back to his office to go over pricing and all rebates. Before going to far into the process I was upfront and honest about my credit and the payoff of my trade. I ran home to get my trade and brought it back to be appraised. while waiting for trade I filled out a credit app and gave him my recent pay stub. They sent me home and said they would call once they heard something. I called Tuesday morning and Jeff told me that the bank had said ok, and they were just waiting to finalize details. I asked him if I should bring in a deposit and he stated that was a good idea. I grabbed a check and headed for the dealer. On my way the salesman called and stated the original color I wanted had come available and asked if I wanted the deposit transferred to that car. I stated yes and that I was on my way. I arrived at the dealership and took my check into Jeff and left. Jeff called me on Wednesday and told me what my payment and term would be and I accepted and asked which car this was on and was told the Black cherry one had sold and this was on the crimson red regal originally shown. Delivery was scheduled for Friday. Thursday evening I called to confirm an appt time but Jeff was off and stated he would call me back. I didn't hear anything back so I called Friday morning and Jeff told me that while he was off the dealership had sold the car I had a deposit one, but they had located a regal in black cherry in PA and they were dealer trading for it and rescheduled delivery for Saturday at 11am. I received a text message at 930am from Jeff that stated to give him a call Asap. I called and was informed that the driver had left the car in PA due to a broken windshield but they were going to send the driver back on Monday morning to get the car and they would fix the windshield and deliver the car on Monday evening. I expressed how upset I was but agreed. I waited until around 3:30pm to call for an update but Jeff didn't answer his phone. I waited an additional hour and called the dealership to have him paged , still no answer. I asked to be connected to a manager for an update and was connected with Don Brady. I explained this situation above and was informed this was the first he was hearing of any of this. He would look into it and call me back. I gave him an hour and called back. He stated that I hadn't even been approved yet and that finance was waiting on me to bring in paperwork, which was confusing since my salesman had told me a payment and term. Finance called me with a list of paperwork they needed and I brought it in within the hour. I was told I would hear something Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. Tuesday came and gone without any news. Wednesday afternoon I called and left messages with no return call. I ended up going into the dealership and asked for my deposit back. My deposit wasn't in the deal folder and had to be located in Jeff's office. I went to another dealership and they put me in a brand new car. I still to this day have not heard from anyone at the dealership. Don't waste your time! More
