After they checked it out, he told me they no longer make that part, but the mechanics would make adjustments and my window would work. That was a big relief!!! It was done in great time too! More

This is the second service for my G70. First service was not super stellar - that is based on the requirement to reschedule the pickup and delivery of the loaner due to lack of cars. The First service was not super stellar - that is based on the requirement to reschedule the pickup and delivery of the loaner due to lack of cars. The service was great! However, the second service was less stellar than the first. 1). the ability to schedule a pickup and delivery of a loaner (which was one of the perks which convinced me to go with Genesis of Montgomery) was pretty much non-existent. I was scheduling on line via the app - so wound up scheduling a drop off. strike one. The drop off was uber easy so kudos for that (after hours drop box). The time for service was actually very quick so more kudos. However, when I came in to pick the car up - that is where you failed miserably. 1. I went to the service department - was not greeted with a smile. Person told me go thru this door to the cashier 2. Went thru the door to the cashier. Person told me hang on - she was working on something - again no smile - asked me what i wanted. "Pick up my car from service" Got the doc to sign, and was given a copy and no instructions. When asked, she said go thru the door you car should be there. 3. OK - back thru the door. no car. I went back to service desk asked what i needed to do- gentleman said go thru yet another door and the "guy" will get my car. 4. Door #3. was door to sales (perhaps I had the wrong door. 5. Asked the first person i saw what i needed to do to get my car. Her response was not pleasant. She asked for the paper, then got up and walked back out thru the door...and finally found someone to get my car. Said 'he will bring your car' and just walked away. I did get my car. The experience left me wondering for such a high end vehicle, why are the people so not friendly. I have a hard time recommending Genesis of Montgomery now, because it appears once you buy your car, you are not a valuable customer anymore. NOTE: below i have rated communications from the service dept very poor. Please not the text reminders and the text from the service person my car was ready for pickup was stellar. Only in person did the communications rate very poor. I was given the paperwork with no explanation whatsoever what was done. I knew by reading what was done...but no one offered to explain anything. I gave quality of service good not very good. On the first service it noted a courtesy car wash...not on this service. I do not know if that was done - maybe I only get one. Also, from the first service i got a multi-point inspection form with details - not on this one. More
