Excellent Customer Service This is the four car I have purchased from this dealership and the second from this salesman. I had previously gone to another dealership because I was in the neighborhood to have my wife check out the Tucson. They kept me there a long time and we could not come to an agreement on price, including trade-in. At Columbia, we came to an agreement within minutes, including the amount for my trade-in. When the vehicle I wanted was not in stock, our salesman went to work and was able to obtain the one we wanted (with the color and features) later the same day. At the other dealership I would have ended up with a color I didn't prefer and would have paid more for it. More
