My car buying experience at Columbia was made pleasurable, and flat out fun with Chuck. After looking at quite a few cars and deciding on a black Santa Fe, Chuck skillfully guided me through the purchasing process. He didn't rush me; he was trustworthy, and listened to and answered all of my many questions. Frankly, the whole experience was quite painless--with no games being played. This is noteworthy because I have had some terrible experiences at other dealerships in my lifetime. Chuck is a true professional and polite salesman, and I would venture to say one of your best. After delivering the car I actually missed having him around! I have already mentioned his name to friends of mine and I hope some of these referrals result in some sales for him. More
