Eric made the car shopping experience "fun" and easy. Eric is the nicest car salesman I have ever met, a gentleman and professional! I will refer potential car buyers to him. I have, in the past, walked away from purchasing a car because of the attitude or treatment I had received from either the salesperson or sales manager or F&I person. FYI, I have been in your store before and left because either I was totally ignored or a salesman gave me condescending attitude. You were given another chance because one of my coworkers. I think you could have done better on the price, being as I did not have a trade in and the car I bought had almost 6,000 miles on it. Think about how much it would have depreciated by an owner driving it "off the lot". More
