The service department did a great job! ! My car is running perfectly. I did have quite a long wait. It seems like they are a bit short staffed. They may need to hire more people to work ! Unfortunately, could not diagnose the issue w/my car since the issue is intermittent. In saying that, I am rating a 5 because Austin is fantastic. He always keeps me informed and is just fair. I had made an appointment in regards to a recall. The appointment never got recorded by the service person. When I arrived they explained what happened, but still took my car and did the inspection!
