Although we were not able to take care of the situation the initial visit was for, I did receive excellent customer service through out the process. If I could give this dealership '0' stars I would. I was a customer of this dealership for 20 years and had purchased 6 cars from them with the latest being a 2020 palisade. The car was brand new when I was a customer of this dealership for 20 years and had purchased 6 cars from them with the latest being a 2020 palisade. The car was brand new when I purchased it. In the 4 years I had the car I had to have the gear worm, steering column, and windshield wiper motor replaced under warranty. When the car hit 60,000 miles it starting falling apart. I had to put $9,000 into the car in a 12 month time frame. It failed a oil consumption test, went through a chamber combustion cleaning, failed another oil consumption test still was denied an engine replacement. During the time frame 12/2023 to 3/2024 it had to have the thermal housing unit, fan relay switch and tie rods all replaced with the car having 80,000 miles on it. I was lied to time and time again. They wanted the car for a whole day so they could take pictures and refused a loaner car. The communication with the Service department was horrific. I had to file bankruptcy due to the fact the car was costing more money then it was worth. I tried to trade it in and was told by 2 other dealerships it was worth nothing due to all the engine issues. The air also went out in the car and it was leaking coolant. It was a lemon and the dealership refused to do anything about it. Was lied to multiple times by Tyler Hickey and Bob. More

Eddie was the service manager that handled overseeing the work was done properly on my vehicle. I was pleased with the turnaround time and how he made sure everything was done to my satisfaction! service center employees on front end of garage area + cashier were great, callbacks to organize a pickup of my vehicle was absolutely horrendous. i missed a call for a pickup for a later appt after a rec cashier were great, callbacks to organize a pickup of my vehicle was absolutely horrendous. i missed a call for a pickup for a later appt after a recalled part fix, called back shortly after and was hung up on twice immediately, then got through to the dealership's call director and they were impatient and unhelpful in just trying to help me, and then when they finally did, i was again immediately hung up on.
