The vehicle had higher than expected mileage on it but the "backroom" salesman wouldn't budge much on the price. We came to a fair price. When we went to pick up the car, I found a problem with the vehicle and noted there was some cosmetic work that could have been taken care of with a little more TLC. I brought these issues to the salesman's attention, and he has been working diligently to make things right. I am happy with the purchase, but my less than stellar grade is because these little details should have been attended to without me needing to look over the car. More

The tech (Cheyenne) was a nice guy, but ultimately, this place totally missed the mark. If you want to be charged almost $500 an hour for routine maintenance labor, this is the dealership service spot for y place totally missed the mark. I arrived at the dealership for scheduled routine maintenance, nearly 10 minutes early. When I got to the front desk, there were 3 service workers at different computers. It took some time to even ma maintenance, nearly 10 minutes early. When I got to the front desk, there were 3 service workers at different computers. It took some time to even make eye contact with me. One was actively with a customer. The other 2 were buried in their computers. I was the only person in line. They did not help me until after my scheduled appointment time had passed. It was an older man, seemed like he was nearing the end of his career. He was less than personable with customer service. He went on to tell me that I’d be waiting at least 2 hours and the car wash was down. He finally asked, “you don’t have an appointment, do you?” To which I confirmed I did have one. He seemed surprised and said “oh okay, then we might be able to get you out of here in a 1.5 to an hour and 45 minutes.” He asked me multiple times if I still wanted to stay, as if he was looking to convince me to leave the car. I went on to wait approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes for and oil & filter change. When companies like Valvoline will have you out sub 15 minutes. No one even spoke to me until the car was done. No checks in between. Not surprised, granted I have never had a memorable experience with this dealership. UNFORTUNATELY this is the closest location to the house. This is sadly among the best experiences I’ve had with Hyundai. I will never purchase another vehicle from this company at this point. More
