Not only did they fail to find that my cabin filter had been chewed up, indicating that they had not done the multi-point inspection that they were supposed to, their estimate for a rotor resurface and bra been chewed up, indicating that they had not done the multi-point inspection that they were supposed to, their estimate for a rotor resurface and brakes was a hundred dollars more than what Kerry charged me for new brakes, rotors and filter. Service was good overall and the recall repair was done faster than estimated. The man at the service counter asked if I would like an oil change while I was there since my car was a year old and I said su faster than estimated. The man at the service counter asked if I would like an oil change while I was there since my car was a year old and I said sure so he put me down for an oil change but when I picked up my car later and got home I noticed the oil change wasn't on my invoice so it looks like it was never actually performed. So that was a big disappointing. More
