Everyone was polite & explained the process. No hard up sell. Work took less than an hour (oil change with filter). Cancelled my valet service the day of the appointment but did not call to notify me. I scheduled the appointment 2 months in advance. I was offered a rescheduled valet appointment in October. Had to drive from Northern Kentucky to Montgomery for an appointment 2 days later. Service was fine. Not what I expected when I bought my first luxury car a year and a half ago. More
The Genesis service side is pretty weak. .. it takes months to schedule critical maintenance (ie. recalls), impossible to get a loaner car. When I compare the service side of Genesis to other luxury car dealers (Lexus, Mercedes), Genesis is by far the worst. Love the car, but would not recommend a Genesis to someone in Cincinnati given Columbia is the only dealer in town. Also, in their inspection they did not find that one of the wiper blades is broken (my bad as I forgot to mention it -- but they should have seen this.... Net, you all have a lot of work to do to get up to "average" service levels. More
I had an engine light come on for a bad fuel injection system. I had to leave town and the service department made sure I had it ready when I returned. This was the best experience I have ever had at any service department with a new automobile. Everything went well even better than I thought it would. Austin was outstanding as far as a service Direct service department with a new automobile. Everything went well even better than I thought it would. Dealership unresponsive to multiple emails. Tried to work with dealer instead of posting negative feedback. Blamed me for the issues even though they’re the only ones that have worked on the car since it’s under Hyundai 3 year maintenance plan. More
