People are always nice in person, but impossible to get anyone one the phone. i just say 2:45 for an oil change on my Genesis with a total of 3 people in the waiting room (myself included). Whatever they estimate your wait for oil change or any other service, assume it’s going no to be triple. One time I had to keep a loaner over night for a service they told me would take 3 hours. Customer service is dead at all dealerships, so it shouldn’t surprise anyone. Now that I’m paying for my service, I won’t be going back for anything that isn’t warranty. More

The car came back and worse shape than I dropped it off. Still waiting for my navigation system to be fixed. I was told last October they would sort the problem out by June 2024 now I’m being told it’s the Still waiting for my navigation system to be fixed.
